Parenting Teenagers: My Own Personal Tech Wizard
Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 03:10PM I have spent hours staring, pondering, sweating over not being able to get the BlogHerAds code to run. I e-mailed the help department (twice).
The kid comes home. I bribe her with dinner out. She counters with dinner out and a ride to youth group. I agree provided she preforms. Two minutes later, the code is running. She says the code looks like what she uses on neopets.
She is thirteen, she breathes in code.
I am in awe.

lol, you are so funny! any advice for me on raising a 15 yr old teen daughter? Sometimes I look at her and think, who are you? Where's my daughter!
I can totally relate. My 11 year old son picked up an iPhone, had never touched one before, and in about three minutes, had logged in to Google Earth and pulled up a satellite image of our house. I was like how did you know how to do that?? lol
my son is only 4 but i can relate to your post. my baby knows how to use the pc and all of its hoolabaloo without blinking an eye, i don't know if i should be happy or scared *smile*.
That's funny! My 12 year old said the exact same thing to me, it looks similar to what she's done on neopets!
That's a cute story that I can relate to -- it's the computer kids generation.
lol! Awesome! I love those techy folks a lot. Some can be very very nice!

Does anybody have any advice in raising a 15 year old that is boy crazy! Its all she thinks about. She's a cheerleader for the high school and she tells me she loves it, but when it comes time to try to raise money, she doesn't bother - very irresponsible! What is a mother to do????
